PharmacyLab has a written complaints policy and procedures. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them. To lodge a formal complaint, please send an email to help@pharmacylab.co.uk. Anyone unhappy with the response that PharmacyLab has made to a formal written complaint should contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law. PharmacyLab has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation.
For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines. If you have unwanted medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. For orders that are to be delivered by post, you can cancel an order for medicines up until the point when your medicine is dispatched. This can be done by sending an email to help@pharmacylab.co.uk
